HERITAGE BUILDING by DMartin is a comprehensive renovation project of a 1932 building that transforms a classic building in the center of Gijón into a contemporary icon of style and functionality. The architectural intervention respects the essence of the original building, imbuing it with a contemporary urban language, inspired by the aesthetics and layout of 18 New York-style lofts.
